Business Ethics Policy

In order to maintain a respectful, thoughtful, and understanding approach toward all stakeholders, to establish a working environment that contributes to full communication at all levels, and to uphold globally recognized ethical and moral standards, we adhere to and expect compliance with the following principles:

  • Integrity: We act with honesty and truthfulness in all our dealings with stakeholders. We are committed to the truth, value consistency between our words and actions, and fulfill our commitments. We expect the same sensitivity from all stakeholders.
  • Equality: We respect the human rights of our employees and stakeholders, and we work in harmony without discrimination based on race, language, religion, belief, gender, skin color, sexual orientation, marital status, nationality, disability, age, or opinion. We implement a competency-based and fair compensation policy free from all forms of discrimination. We apply the principle of equality effectively in all HR processes, including recruitment, working relations, task assignments, performance evaluation, training, and promotion. We support the representation of women in decision-making roles at mid- and senior-management levels, ensuring equal participation of women and men in decision-making processes. We avoid sexist language and promote discourse that contributes to eliminating inequality, aiming to lead society in gender equality.
  • Confidentiality: We take care to protect the privacy and confidentiality of our customers, employees, and all related individuals and organizations. We safeguard commercially sensitive information, trade secrets, and unpublished financial and other data, using such information solely for its intended purpose and sharing it only within authorized limits. Our employees are aware of their obligation to protect personal data of customers and stakeholders under confidentiality agreements signed with third parties.
  • Conflict of Interest, Personal Gain, Bribery and Corruption: We avoid any relationships or situations that may involve actual or potential conflicts of interest. In case of conflict, we believe in safeguarding the interests of all parties through legal and ethical means. When in doubt, we consult with managers, HR, or the Disciplinary Committee. We do not use our positions for personal gain or that of our family or acquaintances through business relations. We refrain from using the company’s power, name, or identity for personal benefit. We do not offer, give, accept, or receive any bribes, commissions, gifts, travel, meals, or other advantages that may directly or indirectly affect our impartiality.
  • Responsibilities:

Legal Responsibilities: We carry out all domestic and international activities in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and international law. We provide complete, accurate, and clear information to regulatory authorities in a timely manner. In all operations, we maintain equal distance from public institutions, NGOs, and political parties without seeking benefit and fulfill our obligations with this awareness.

Responsibilities Toward Customers: We work with a proactive approach focused on customer satisfaction, responding to needs and demands swiftly and accurately. We deliver services on time and as promised, treating customers with respect, fairness, equality, and courtesy.

Responsibilities Toward Employees: We ensure that employee rights are fully and accurately upheld. We treat employees fairly and honestly, and commit to a non-discriminatory, safe, and healthy work environment. We support their personal development and encourage voluntary participation in social and community activities, ensuring a balance between work and personal life.

Responsibilities Toward Suppliers: We act fairly and respectfully, as expected from a good customer, and take care to fulfill our obligations on time. We protect the confidential information of business partners. Through training, audits, and knowledge sharing, we contribute to their development as well.

Responsibilities Toward Competitors: We compete actively within legal and ethical boundaries and avoid unfair competition. We support efforts to establish a competitive structure in society.

Responsibilities Toward Society: We adopt global economic development, international cooperation, mutual gain and sharing, consensus, and appreciation of cultural diversity as core values. We respect local customs, traditions, and holidays in all countries where we operate and fulfill our related responsibilities.

Responsibilities Toward the Environment and Ecology: In all operations, both domestic and international, we act in accordance with environmental legislation. We adopt sustainable practices including natural resource conservation, clean air and water, efficient energy use, and waste reduction. We expect our partners to comply with environmental laws, share our environmental awareness, and adopt the principle of efficiency in resource usage. We promote this principle among all employees and stakeholders.
