- We ensure that employment contracts for foreign employees are prepared in a language they understand, and we do not withhold their original documents during hiring or under any circumstances, respecting their legal working rights.

- We will not pay below the minimum wage, and will calculate and pay overtime in accordance with legal provisions, setting the minimum wage to meet the local standard of living, ensuring timely payments, and continuously improving these conditions.
