  • Creating healthy and safe working conditions with a zero work accident and zero occupational disease approach,
  • Identifying and eliminating hazards, risks, and near-miss situations in the work environment,
  • Facilitating effective communication to understand the occupational health and safety (OHS) needs and expectations of our employees and relevant parties,
  •  Continuously improving our OHS performance by utilizing the best available technologies,
  • Taking proactive measures through proper planning for potential emergency situations,
  • Providing all necessary OHS trainings and monitoring their effectiveness,
  • Encouraging lessons learned and best practices in OHS and disseminating them across all work areas,
  • Ensuring that subcontractors and visitors act in accordance with our OHS rules within the scope of our OHS Management System, monitoring and improving their performance,
  •  Identifying OHS-related opportunities and integrating them into our processes and practices,
  • Setting quantitative goals for successful OHS performance, creating action plans, and monitoring their progress,
  • Establishing a culture where safe and healthy working habits are internalized, and providing the necessary resources to support this,
  • Complying with all national and international legal regulations, collective labor agreements, and other obligations related to OHS in all our operations, including new investments and existing activities,
  • Ensuring participation at all levels of the organization and among stakeholders, with a focus on continuous improvement in our OHS activities.

Our employees shall comply with all legal regulations and our policies related to Occupational Health and Safety, immediately report unsafe working conditions, accidents, injuries, and unhealthy situations, identify emergency risks and make appropriate preparations, be aware of what to do in emergencies, and not report to work under the influence of alcohol or substances.

All company employees, stakeholders, visitors, and subcontractors are obligated to comply with our OHS Policy requirements.
